Set-up Fees and Artwork...
We make setup arrangements for free. But you have to send your artwork to us. If you don't have any Artwork, Let us know. We are preparing artwork for lanterns. Send all the details to our email contact@Hifona.com or you can use our contact us form from here.
Production Time Options:
In general, we try to complete your order as quickly as possible, however depending on the order backlog, there may occasionally be a delay. The weather is the largest factor we have, other than that. It is really challenging to make lanterns in poor conditions. There can be a delay at that moment. As a result, we need a 30-day production window for each order.
After buying or before buying, please send us the required details in the product description (Images, text, Logo )to be print on it.

Typically, we offer FOB service, which means that we simply transport the items to the Colombo port in Sri Lanka. Additionally, if you need us to ship the items to your country, we can also provide CIF service (excluding home delivery). This involves transporting the items from Colombo's major port to the designated port in your country. Upon arrival at the destination port, the client is responsible for clearing the shipment documents through customs and arranging transportation of the goods from the port to their final destination.
All the lanterns are covered with a polyethylene cover.
We can arrange to ship at your request. Our packaging for sea shipping is 1m x 1m wooden pallet. Also, We can use cardboard boxes as per your requirement.

Non-Refundable Customized Lanterns:
We do not offer refunds or returns on custom printed paper lanterns once the customer's final approval has been received and the lanterns have entered the production process. This is because the customization process involves individualized designs, colors, and artwork, making the lanterns unsuitable for resale to other customers.
Before printing the custom lanterns, we require the customer to carefully review and approve the final design. It is essential to thoroughly check for any errors or discrepancies in the design during this approval stage. Once approval is given, the design is considered final, and no changes or refunds can be made.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your custom printed lanterns arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will require photographic evidence of the issue to assess the situation. Upon verification, we will either issue a replacement for the damaged lanterns or provide a refund for the defective items. If we ask the customer for a higher print quality, we will change the paper material. Sometimes the paper may have very tiny cracks during gluing. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damage during shipping. Since these are paper lanterns, there is a possibility of damage during shipping.We ship with padding to prevent damage as much as possible.
If you need to cancel your custom lantern order, please notify us as soon as possible. Order cancellations can only be accepted if the production process has not yet begun. If printing has already started, we regret that we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.
Shipping costs associated with the initial order are non-refundable. If a refund is approved for damaged or defective items, the cost of shipping for the replacement items will be covered by HIFONA.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 14 days after the approval of the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
By placing an order for our custom printed paper lanterns, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return because of shipping delay, then please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 45 days
The Goods are in the original packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
