An investment in knowledge pays the best interest. You have to be an all-rounder. Doing a degree is Easy. Many people think having a degree is the most valuable thing on earth. Maybe it's best for job seekers.
But if you are coming to the real world scenarios staying only in the degree mindset will be the worst part of our life. Some of them get higher degrees like MBA, MSc, Ph.D. There is nothing wrong with that. But the problem is only 0.5% of them have the ability and the Personality to build something on their own. Especially here in Sri Lanka. That is why this education system is failed to supply enough knowledge to build a strong character.

I worked so hard to build this company. I haven't slept well. Most of the time 5 AM - 11 AM is my sleeping time.
Some people ask why don't you go to a foreign country for a job?
My answer was so simple for them. I am not that type of weak person. I have learned from this free education. Free education is given to us by the tax levied by poor people. Therefore, we must do something for them. Also, I don't want to be a part of a big machine in a big company.
For the very first time a lot of young people in our country are trying to create complex goods or services that are huge. There is nothing wrong with that. But most of them are getting failed. That's because most of them have no experience. The higher complex projects have to be started and implemented with a lot of money and effort. Error Probabilities of such projects are growing. A single error will cost huge money and time with the effort. It's not an easy thing for a startup product or service.
That is why I advise everyone the concept of“Thinking big, starting small, and scaling fast.”Founder
