HIFONA LANKA respects the intellectual property of others. We are using licences images to make our designs. We source the designs for our printed lanterns from the Freepik website..But If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please Contact us through our email contact@Hifona.com
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from HIFONA.COM are made pursuant to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRICING
Quoted prices on the products are exclusive of all sales, excise and other taxes, and exclusive of freight, installation, handling and storage charges, any or all of which, as applicable will be added to the invoice as a separate charges to be paid by the Buyer or otherwise charged as indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
Because of nature of this product we can't exactly say the list of price for customization.There for we will charging for customization according to the customer requirements.
PRODUCT SHIPPING
Genarelay after we received the order we starting our production. Products will dispatch within a week.We are using top rated International shipping services for faster delivery to the customer. Tracking information will be providing after the product dispatch from our factory.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We are a highly automated execution-only printer. This means that we will print your files as submitted without checking onto the lanterns you have chosen. You are responsible for ensuring images are of sufficiently high resolution to obtain the results you are expecting, and that the lanterns and colors of lanterns chosen will meet your needs.
We start work on your order immediately, so no cancellation is allowed.

IMAGES
We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
We are a highly automated execution-only printer. This means that we will print your files as submitted without checking onto the lanterns you have chosen. You are responsible for ensuring images are of sufficiently high resolution to obtain the results you are expecting, and that the garments and colors of lanterns chosen will meet your needs.
You warrant that your own the copyright or have the correct commercial print licences in place for all images and or artwork uploaded or otherwise submitted through any sales channel.
Also, the designs used here are for display only, and you must provide us with the artwork you want to print.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our agents and officers, directors, employees and permitted successors and assigns, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees, arising as a result of us printing or processing in any way any order or saved design which contains any images or artwork that you do not have the commercial rights, permissions or licences to print.
Lantern Samples
Please note that we do not produce samples for small orders for free. To do samples, It takes some effort, time, labor, and materials to make a sample for us. Therefore If you want a sample piece, you need to pay for it. We will produce free samples and show you if your order is more than 500 lanterns.
You have to pay for the samples up front, and the amount paid for the sample pieces will be deducted when you pay for the total order.
APPLICABLE LAW
The Site and the Terms and Conditions herein contained shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. By accessing the Site, you agree that the laws of Sri Lanka will govern all matters relating to the Site without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
RETURNS POLICY
Because Nature of this product Customized, perishable or bespoke items cannot be returned.
